What Is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the practice of using hypnosis, a natural state of mind, to help reshape your frame of mind and your ability to address the issues of your everyday life. By guiding you into this natural state, a hypnotherapist can assist you in accessing your subconscious mind, and helping it tell a better story.

What’s The Process Like?

For most people, the experience of hypnosis is one of calm and relaxation, where your mind and body can both be at rest. Because it’s a natural state of mind, it’s easy to reach this state, where our work can begin. Here’s how to get started:  

1. Schedule a free consultation

We’ll talk for about 20 minutes, and I’ll use the information you provide to assess how I can help.

2. Initial intake session

Our first session together is focused on understanding the issues you’re facing. We’ll spend the time gathering information, establishing rapport, and building out your treatment plan in greater detail. 

3. Hypnosis Sessions

Once our plan is in place, this is where we put it into action. Through a set number of weekly sessions, we’ll work together to make lasting changes. 

4. Long-Term Relief

After our work together, the goal is for you to experience permanent positive change, with no need for continuing sessions. 

About Me

I’m a certified hypnotherapist based out of Missoula, Montana, and am dedicated to guiding my clients with care, creativity, and an approach tailored to your needs. I earned my certification from the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE).
