Make an Action Plan

Our first paid session is focused on gathering all the necessary information about your goals, your health history, and all other relevant information. I’ll use what we discuss in this session to build your Action Plan for the remainder of our sessions. 

Reach Your Goals

After the first session,  our focus turns to strengthening your ability to change and grow, giving you the tools you need to meet your goals through the power of hypnosis.
