This fits perfectly with my conception of hypnotherapy: all the resources you need to thrive are already within you, ready to be surfaced and engaged. About Me
Hi! I’m Micah Sewell, an ACHE-certified hypnotherapist based in Missoula, Montana. Before starting Sentinel Hypnotherapy, I worked as a leader, guide, and program director for educational groups throughout Europe and the USA. I bring that spirit of exploration to each of my clients.
My goal for you is simple: to help you become a happier, healthier, more connected human being. It extends beyond treating existing symptoms – imagine opening a door into your deeper potential, where your capabilities and resilience lie waiting for you.

What does a typical session look like?
Our first session together will always be focused on gathering information about what you intend to work on. After the initial session, the majority of our time will be spent in the hypnotic state. I’ll guide you in and ensure your comfort – for most people, hypnosis feels like a deeply relaxing and enjoyable rest.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your particular needs. Most issues can be addressed with 3-5 sessions; after our intake session, I’ll estimate the right number for you.
