Hypnosis training can help you get started on a training program that’s always felt out of reach, break through plateaus, and move closer to reaching your potential.  

An example hypnosis program:

Session 1: Initial intake to determine your goals, barriers, and motivation style

Session 2: Pre-Workout. Clearing away mental barriers and limiting beliefs. Increasing motivation and energy. 

Session 3: Specific focus – on nutrition, recovery, sleep, or additional barriers remaining to break through. 

Session 4: Focus on Visualization – using hypnosis to enhance the mind-body connection and improve your performance and ability to train to failure. 

These sessions are calibrated in content and number to your specific needs – every program is built custom for you. 

How Hypnosis Works

Visualization

The mind makes little distinction between imagining an activity and actually doing it. This makes visualization an incredible tool for heightening your body’s ability to respond efficiently. Coupled with hypnosis, visualization improves confidence, focus, and concentration, and reduces performance anxiety. 

Motivation

The most effective workout? The one that actually gets done. Hypnosis amps up your motivation and the enjoyment you get from each successive workout. It can change the gym from a chore that you avoid to a highlight of your day, or help you fit in another session into your schedule where you struggled before.

Focus

Your subconscious mind is constantly processing data and making decisions about what to pay attention to and prioritize. Hypnosis helps align your priorities and allow the subconscious mind to give your training the position of importance it deserves, and allows you to get the most out of each set and each rep.  

About Me

I’m Micah, a certified hypnotherapist based in Montana. A big part of what inspired me to pursue a career in hypnotherapy was experiencing the transformative power of hypnosis on my own fitness journey. I’m thrilled to put my skills to use to help you meet and surpass your fitness goals.
